Practices in organic farming
Vinification
The harvested and de-stemmed grapes follow a delicate maceration in concrete vats for 5 days, completed by immersing the pomace for 10 days for a perfect extraction of the potential. The fermentation is done with indigenous yeasts to preserve the authenticity of the terroir

Tasting notes
Fruity nose of violets with ripe black fruits (blackcurrant, morello cherry) and spicy notes. The tannins are affirmed while allowing a round mouth.
Persistent finish on notes of ripe fruit.
