Location
In the heart of the Loire Valley and its royal castles, our vineyards are located in the region south of the town of Saumur.
Terroir
The vines grow on a limestone terroir (tuffeau). Used in the construction of the region's houses and castles, it is also ideal for viticulture.
Ageing
The 18 months of ageing on laths in our tuffeau cellars before disgorgement bring an incomparable finesse to the bubbles.
