Saumur Puy-Notre-Dame Rouge "Les Petites Roches"

The story
“Les Petites Roches” comes from the finest terroirs in the new Saumur Puy Notre Dame appellation.
Video presentation
The vines grow on plots with hard limestone rock from the Jurassic period at an altitude of 50-105 metres. The grapes are only picked when perfectly ripe in each specific plot to give the wine its unique structure, power, and elegance.
Grapes picked when fully ripe as ascertained by tasting. Traditional winemaking. Destemming of the grape, long maceration with soft extraction.
After bottling, the wine is stored in our tufa cellars where it ages away from light and variations in temperature.
Cabernet franc : 100%

Enjoy at 16°C.
