The wine
A harvest at maturity, a gentle vinification, combined with careful maturing in our tufa chalk galleries, gives it freshness and finesse.
The cuvée is located around the communes of Rochecorbon and Vouvray, on the plateau overlooking the Loire.
The grapes for the "De Chanceny" cuvée come from a selection of clay-limestone soils.
Gentle pressing and fermentation at a cool temperature (18°C) allowing good preservation of the aromas.
Second fermentation in the bottle according to the Traditional Method after selection of the best juices.
The minimum 12 months of storage on laths before disgorging brings an incomparable finesse of bubble.
Chenin blanc : 100%


To be enjoyed chilled (8-10°C).
Tasting notes
Light yellow colour with fine persistent bubbles. Open and rich nose with notes of almonds and dried fruits. The mouth is round and richly unctuous, evolving on notes of ripe fruit (apricot).
Food and wine pairings
To be enjoyed with dessert and goes perfectly with a cherry clafoutis or a passion fruit panna cotta.
