The wine
Deligeroy, the emblem of our know-how in the elaboration of fine Loire bubbles according to the Traditional Method since 1953.
The production area of Crémant de Loire, located south of the Loire River, covers 2700 hectares. The grapes for this cuvée come from a blend of selected terroirs, mainly clay-limestone.
Hand-picked, softly pressed and fermented at a cool temperature (18°C) allowing a good conservation of the aromas.
Second fermentation in the bottle according to the Traditional Method after selection of the best juices.

The minimum 24 months of storage on slats in our tufa cellars before disgorging bring an incomparable finesse of bubbles.


Enjoy chilled (8-10°C).
Tasting notes
Pale yellow dress. Wine with very fine persistent fine bubbles. Finesse and elegance: fine and complex nose combining the intense floral notes of Chenin Blanc with the fruity and toasted bread notes of Chardonnay. Lively attack with a velvety evolution all in finesse. Beautiful aromatic persistence in the mouth with notes of dried fruits.

Will perfectly accompany all moments of pleasure (cassolette or terrine of scallops, raspberry-mascarpone charlotte).
