This well-balanced blend expresses all the rich fruit of the best Loire Valley wines. It combines the body and fruit of Gamay with the structure and depth of Cabernet Franc.
Selected areas with fresh and fruity aromatic grape potential. Grape harvest heated up in order to extract the grapes fruity character and their color and also to reduce the Cabernet franc green taste.
Temperature at 20°C during the first third of the fermentation, and then stabilization at 15°C until the end of the process. Addition of young wood chips during the Gamay variety fermentation, giving roundness and sweetness to the wine.


Best served chilled (12 to 14°).

Tasting notes
Brilliant ruby-red colour. The nose features black fruit aromas (cherry and blackcurrant), set off by a wonderful violet component and coffee nuances. The wine is round and generous on the palate, underpinned by rich tannin. It is well-structured and accompanied by a balanced aftertaste showing hints of sweet spice (vanilla).
