Made from organically grown grapes and with a strong commitment to the animal cause, this cuvées reflects the progress of our winemaking techniques, which today allow us to produce with respect for each individual.


The terroir where our vines grow is mainly composed of tuffeau chalk and a smaller part of superficial sandy soils. The vineyard extends over 10 hectares.
In the vineyard
Organic farming allows the authenticity of the terroir to be expressed by preserving the soil, air and water. Thus, the vine is cultivated according to ancestral methods.
After being harvested and de-stemmed, the grapes undergo a maceration process in a temperature-controlled stainless steel vat for a period of 10 days. Fermentation is triggered by immersing the cap of marc in concrete tanks.
Ageing for 6 months.

Tasting notes
This cuvée reveals a delicate nose of violets, ripe black fruits (blackcurrant, morello cherry) and a touch of sweet spices. The palate is characterised by a beautiful roundness, supported by a structure with assertive tannins. A persistent finish with ripe fruit.
Food and wine pairings
This cuvée is the perfect accompaniment to dishes such as a gratin of small seasonal vegetables, pan-fried porcini mushrooms, baked potatoes or as a dessert with a chocolate cream (vegan) with orange peel.
