The wine
Sail up the Loire River, on a "gabare" - a local type of boat - meandering through the vineyards and discovering our wines: "Vallée Loire" is a group of wines that act as ambassadors for the Loire Valley AOP, marked by their character, freshness, and approachability.
The vines are located north of Poitiers, on the Neuville Plain, with soil dating back to the Jurassic period.
Although the topography is fairly flat, the vines grow on small rises consisting largely of limestone rocks. The superb clay-limestone soil is conducive to growing excellent ripe grapes. This cuvée is the result of a rigorous selection in the vineyard – a traditional Sauvignon Blanc combining aromatic intensity, freshness, and elegance.
Direct pressing. After a low temperature settling, the clear juice ferments for 12 to 14 days at 18°C maximum, in order to preserve the aromas.
Aged on fine lees before bottling.
Sauvignon : 100%

Served well-chilled (8-10°C).

Food and wine pairings
It is ideal with fish, seafood, goat's cheese, pineapple, etc.
