The place called Les Rosettes is located on a silty clay plateau on the top of the left bank of the Vienne valley at the edge of the woods. The clayey soil provides little nourishment for the vines, maturity is longer, the wine is richer, robust and generous in aromas.
The vinification is carried out without sulphur. Traditional maceration for 15 days, light pumping over to keep suppleness.

Tasting notes
Dark and purple color. The powerful and floral nose seduces with notes of violet, ripe fruit and roasted bell pepper. The mouth is ample, structured, balanced by its soft and salivating tannins.
Food and wine pairings
Ideal with white meats, grills and salads, but also with Asian cuisine and fish.
